You'll have the entire property to yourselves — the main house, the game room building, all three boulder patios, the covered patio with hot tub and fireplace, the courtyard, the pond and dock, kayaks, and the walking trails. No shared spaces, no other guests. From check-in to check-out, Bella Vista is yours.
Other Details to Note
The main house has a full bathroom; the game room building has a second bathroom with a stand-up shower. Sleeps up to 8: two queen beds in the main bedroom (all-new Serta mattresses and linens), a bunk room with pull-out, and a new sleeper sofa in the living room. Kayaks and life vests are included for the pond. Pets considered upon request — just message us. This is rural woodland — expect deer sightings and dark, starry skies.
